Hi!  I'm Sydney.

I take lots and lots of pictures. I'm a big fan of U2 and chocolate chip cookies.  I wear lots of black clothing because that's the only way I can possibly feel hip and edgy.  I am a piano teacher, and the only time you'll see me dance with true enthusiasm is when I hear live jazz music. I have an email subscription to dictionary.com's "Word of the Day", and I am obsessed with Star Wars. 

 

I graduated from Nova Scotia Community College in June 2014 with a photography diploma and a goal: to create emotionally evocative images that communicate depth and authenticity.  I want to tell a story.  I want to tell your story.  I find that what really drives me as an artist is the ability to capture personalties and vivacity, and I am enthralled with the idea of creating an emotional connection between my audience and the photographs they view.
